Compensation for changes to permissions and licenses from January 1st, 2025\u00a0<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Dear club presidents,<\/p>\n

Emails for changes to licenses or permissions have been piling up recently.
The responsible employees sometimes make up to 8 changes for an exhibition just for small things.
The board has therefore decided that there will only be 3 free changes and that from the 4th change onwards
an expense allowance of 10 euros per change will be due.<\/p>\n

You can submit your changes as usual and from the 4th change onwards you will automatically receive an invoice from our treasurer.
If you want to transfer the money yourself in advance, you must provide the following information:
-Club code, “Change of license number…. or “Change of permit” \u2013<\/p>\n

If you have any other questions, please contact the WCF office.<\/p>\n

This board decision is valid from January 1st, 2025.<\/p>\n

At the moment we are still in the settling-in phase.

Christmas holidays WCF office\u00a0<\/strong><\/h6>\n

The WCF office will be closed from December 24th, 2024 to January 5th, 2025.
This means there are delays in processing emails or sending hologram stickers, cattery registrations, etc.<\/p>\n

Also many volunteers (the Board, general secretariat, commissions and other contact persons) may also be on private vacation.<\/p>\n

And again another note on the processing time:
The WCF office and all volunteers have time up to 10 working days (that means Monday-Friday) to answer or process inquiries.<\/p>\n

Therefore please refrain from constantly asking!
Repeated inquiries about cattery registrations, certificates, license numbers, permissions, hologram stickers, etc. hinder us and cannot be in your interest, as this only delays processing.<\/p>\n

E.3.2\u2013 Division of Rings based on the number of participants
<\/strong>
There are two options for dividing the rings:
E.3.2.1
If the number of participants is less than 39 (inclusive), the Ring may not be split.

If the number of participants is more than 39, the Ring may be split into two part-rings,
but not less than 4 participants must be present in the second part-ring.
In case of a split the best cats are ranked according to article E.3.1.
Winners are only the first-placed cats from each partial ring.

The division of a ring is optional and at the discretion of the organizer.

For WCF Rings with 100 or more cats, the Ring may be divided into multiple categories,
each with at least 50 cats, judged by separate judges (the maximum number of cats per judge is defined by D.2.5)

Each judge selects 5 to 10 cats from their categories, as directed by the show organizer, to ensure
the final number of cats is manageable.
All participating judges then rank the best 10 cats from the pool of selected cats in cooperation (see E.8).

supervisor for the WCF, was suddenly torn from our lives at the age of 30.

Pedigree Program<\/strong><\/h6>\n

The WCF acquired the pedigree program that Mr. Phucharoenyos developed a few years ago for the WCF Best Cat site and
it will be accessible again in a timely manner.
You will find this function in your club profile on the WCF Best Cat site in the usual place.
Each club has the opportunity to create its own pedigree.
Trainee clubs are excluded from this, as the pedigrees are created by the mentor.
The pedigrees will all look the same. Each pedigree receives its own QR code, and has the same function as the hologram sticker,
which you can order from the WCF.
As club, you are free to decide whether to continue using the sticker or opt for the electronic QR code.
Since the shipping of the hologram stickers on postal route often takes a long time, especially to Asia and Russia,
we see a good and fast alternative here.
Each pedigree including QR code will cost 3 euros, as well as the sticker will cost 3 euros.
An appropriate electronic payment system will be set up for payment.

Definition and description of Jubilee Shows of WCF clubs<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Explication:
Each club can apply to the WCF President two jubilee shows per year with different events.
Notice:
Any changes or additions (change of location, list of judges, etc.) must be confirmed by the WCF President.<\/p>\n

One jubilee ring can be held per day of the jubilee show. All cats competing in show classes 1 to 16a and 21 can participate in this ring, regardless of breed, colour, class and sex.
The Jubilee ring can be divided as follows if more than a total of 40 cats participate, provided that at least 4 cats are present in a partial ring. <\/p>\n

    Best in Shows and WCF Fun Shows<\/strong><\/h6>\n

    With the number of special shows listed in the licences, we have noticed that the volume has now increased so much
    (sometimes up to 15 fun shows with double judgement with only three judges !), that there is hardly any time left for judging.<\/p>\n

    In order to guarantee the time frame of the show duration (end of the show should be at 8 pm at the latest), the following criteria
    must be observed from 01.02.2024 for online license applications:<\/p>\n

      Increased points WCF Best Cat<\/strong><\/h6>\n

      In 2024, the WCC Congress will once again be organized by the WCF.
      This event is something very special. We want to express that.<\/p>\n

      For this reason, we approved triple points for the WCF Best Cat at the associated World Exhibition in Thailand.<\/p>\n

      For this year’s Cat Olimpia, the highest competition of the WCF, the number of points has been adjusted (only for the year 2024).
      All exhibitors who participate with their cats in this competition will receive quadruple points.<\/p>\n

      This is an exception to emphasise that the WCF competition is and remains something quite outstanding<\/p>\n
