Instructions on your right of cancellation

Right of cancellation

You may cancel this contract within a period of fourteen days without stating the reasons for the
cancellation.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.
If you want to exercise your cancellation right, you have to send us – World Cat Federation e.V.,
Geisbergstr.2, 45139 Essen, Germany, shop@wcf.de or wcf@wcf-online.de – a clear
statement expressing your decision to cancel the contract (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
For such purpose, you can use the attached sample cancellation form, which is, however, not
mandatory.
We will confirm receipt of your cancellation notice without undue delay (“unverzüglich”) (e.g. by
email).
The cancellation period will be deemed observed if you dispatch the cancellation notice before
the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel the contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you no
later than fourteen days of the day of receipt of your cancellation notice.
For the refund, we will use the same payment mode you have chosen for your payment
transaction.
