CLASSES D'EXPOSITION

Class 1

World Champion (WCH)
The cats are divided by breed, colour and sex.
They compete for the Prize of Honour (PH) and can also compete for Best in Variety and Best in Show.
The judgement is based on the general rules of the competition (D.2.7).

Class 2

World Premior (WPR)
Neutered cats in this class are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex.
They compete for the Prize of Honour (PH) and may also compete for Best in Variety and Best in Show.

Class 3

Grand European (Continental) Champion (GECH)
Cats compete for the title World Champion (WCH) and may receive the CACM certificate, requiring a minimum of 98 points. They must receive CACM in 3 international exhibitions of the WCF in 3 different countries from 3 different judges,
where one country must be in another continent.
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for “Best Variety” and/or „Best in Show“.
The judgement is based on the general rules of the competition (D.2.7).

Class 4

Grand European (Continental) Premior (GEPR)
Neutered cats compete for the title World Premior (WPR) and may receive the CAPM certificate,
requiring a minimum of 98 points
They must receive CAPM in 3 international exhibitions of the WCF in 3 different countries from 3 different judges,
where one country must be in another continent..
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for “Best Variety” and „Best in Show“.
The judgement is based on the general rules of the competition (D.2.7).

Class 5

European (Continental) Champion (ECH)
Cats compete for the title Grand European (Continental) Champion and may receive the GCACE certificate,
requiring a minimum of 97 points.
They must receive GCACE in 3 international exhibitions in 3 different countries from 3 different judges.
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for “Best Variety” and „Best in Show“.
The judgement is based on the general rules of the competition (D.2.7).

Class 6

European (Continental) Premior (EPR)
Neutered cats compete for the title Grand European (Continental) Premior and may receive the GCAPE certificate,
requiring a minimum of 97 points.
They must receive GCAPE in 3 international exhibitions in 3 different countries from 3 different judges.
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for “Best Variety” and „Best in Show“.
The judgement is based on the general rules of the competition (D.2.7).

Class 7

Grand International Champion (GICH)
Cats compete for the title European (Continental) Champion and may receive the CACE certificate,
requiring a minimum of 97 points.
They must receive CACE in 3 international exhibitions in 3 different countries from 3 different judges.
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for Best in Variety and Best in Show.
The judgement is based on the general rules of the competition (D.2.7).

Class 8

Grand International Premior (GIPR)
Neutered cats compete for the title European (Continental) Premior and may receive the CAPE certificate,
requiring a minimum of 97 points.
They must receive CAPE in 3 international exhibitions in 3 different countries from 3 different judges.
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for Best in Variety and Best in Show.

Class 9

International Champion (ICH)
Cats compete for the title Grand International Champion and may receive the CAGCIB certificate,
requiring a minimum of 97 points.
They must receive CAGCIB in 3 international exhibitions in 2 different countries from 3 different judges.
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for Best in Variety and Best in Show.
The judgement is based on the general rules of the competition (D.2.7).

Class 10

International Premior (IPR)
Neutered cats compete for the title Grand International Premior and may receive the CAGPIB certificate,
requiring a minimum of 97 points.
They must receive CAGPIB in 3 international exhibitions in 2 different countries from 3 different judges.
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for Best in Variety and Best in Show.
The judgement is based on the general rules of the competition (D.2.7).

Class 11

Champion (CH)
Cats compete for the title International Champion and may receive the CACIB certificate,
requiring a minimum of 95 points.
They must receive CACIB in 3 international exhibitions in 2 different countries from 3 different judges.
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for Best in Variety and Best in Show.
The judgement is based on the general rules of the competition (D.2.7).

Class 12

Premior (PR)
Neutered cats compete for the title International Premior and may receive the CAPIB certificate,
requiring a minimum of 95 points.
They must receive CAPIB in 3 international exhibitions in 2 different countries from 3 different judges.
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for Best in Variety and Best in Show.
The judgement is based on the general rules of the competition (D.2.7).

Class 13

Open class (starting at 10 months) – CAC
Cats compete for the title Champion and may receive the CAC certificate, requiring a minimum of 93 points.
They must receive CAC in 3 international or national exhibitions from 3 different judges.
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for Best in Variety and Best in Show.

Class 14

Neuter class (starting at 10 months) – CAP
Neutered cats compete for the title Premior and may receive the CAP certificate, requiring a minimum of 93 points.
They must receive CAP in 3 international or national exhibitions from 3 different judges.
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for Best in Variety and Best in Show.
The judgement is based on the general rules of the competition (D.2.7).

Class 15

Kittens 6 – 10 months (JCH)
Cats compete for the title Junior Champion (JCH) and may receive the CACJ certificate, requiring a minimum of 90 points. They must receive CACJ in 3 international or national exhibitions of the WCF from 3 different judges.
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for Best in Variety and Best in Show.
The judgement is based on the general rules of the competition (D.2.7).

Class 15a

Neutered kittens 6 – 10 months (JPR)
Neutered cats compete for the title Junior Premior (JPR) and may receive the CAPJ certificate,
requiring a minimum of 90 points
They must receive CAPJ in 3 international or national exhibitions of the WCF from 3 different judges.
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for Best in Variety and Best in Show.

Class 16

Kittens 3 – 6 months (KCH)
Cats compete for the title Kitten Champion (KCH) and may receive the CACP certificate, requiring a minimum of 90 points. They must receive CACP in 3 international or national exhibitions of the WCF from 3 different judges. .
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for Best in Variety and Best in Show.

Class 16a

Neutered kittens 3 – 6 months (KPR)
Neutered cats compete for the title Kitten Premior (KPR) and may receive the CAPP certificate,
requiring a minimum of 90 points.
They must receive CAPP in 3 international or national exhibitions of the WCF from 3 different judges.
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may compete for Best in Variety and Best in Show.

Class 17

Novice class
Cats without a registered pedigree may be exhibited once in the Novice Class starting at 6 months of age.
The exhibition must take place within the owners own organization, under the supervision of the club’s breeding committee. The club must provide the judge with a written explanation detailing the reason for the cat’s exhibition in this class.
To be registered, the cat must receive an “Excellent” qualification, requiring a minimum of 88 points,
with signatures from two judges.
They are not ranked and no title certificate is awarded.

Class 18

Colour determination class
Kittens 3 months and older may be exhibited to determine their colour.
They may receive a qualification, but no title certificate.

Class 19

Household Pets
Household Pets are neutered cats that do not correspond to a recognized breed according to their phenotype.
They are ranked and may receive the qualification “Excellent”, requiring a minimum of 88 points..
They are separated by hair length (HPL/HPS), colour and sex and may compete for Best in Show Household Pet.
Household Pets receive an exhibition certificate with the respective judgement result.
After winning the third BiS, they can receive a title certificate from their WCF member club upon request of the owner
(titles see D.13.3).

Class 20

Litter class (3 – 6 months)
A litter must consist of at least 3 kittens of the same breed.
They are judged as a group based on their development, with a focus on excellent traits.
They are separated and ranked by the breed and may receive the qualification “Excellent”,
requiring a minimum of 88 points for each kitten in the litter, but do not receive a title certificate.
Litters may compete for Best in Show.

Class 21

Veteran class
This class is for pedigreed cats older than 8 years.
They are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may receive the qualification “Excellent”
(with at least 95 points) and may compete for Best in Show.
The judgement is based on the general rules of the competition (D.2.7).

Class 22a

Provisionally recognized breeds
Provisionally recognized breeds are exhibited in this class in all colours.
Cats are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may receive the qualification “Excellent”,
requiring a minimum of 88 points, but do not receive a title certificate.
They compete for Best in Variety, but not for Best in Show.
They can only participate in the Variety Ring.

Class 22b

Provisionally recognized colours to recognized breeds
Cats with provisionally recognized colours for recognized breeds are exhibited in this class.
Cats are separated and ranked by breed, colour and sex and may receive the qualification “Excellent”,
requiring a minimum of 88 points, but do not receive a title certificate.
They compete for Best in Variety, but not for Best in Show.
They can only participate in the Variety Ring.

Class 23

Breeds and colours in the recognition process
Breeds and colour variations in the recognition process are exhibited here.
Cats are separated and ranked by breed, colour, sex and gender and may receive the qualification “Excellent”,
requiring a minimum of 88 points, but do not receive a title certificate.
They do not compete for Best in Variety, nor for Best in Show.
They can only participate in the Variety Ring.

Class 24

Non-recognized breeds and colours
In this class, all non-recognized breeds and non-recognized colours are exhibited.
Cats are ranked regardless of breed, age, hair category, sex and colour but do not receive a title certificate
or compete for Best in Show.
They can only participate in the Variety Ring.

Class 25

Out of competition
Cats exhibited in this class do not compete for any titles or certificates.
